Number of Servings: 8


    2 Tsp Vegetable Oils
    2 Onions (Chopped)
    3 Cloves Garlic (Mb inced)
    1 lb lean ground beef
    3/4 lb beef sirloin (cubed)
    1 - 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 can dark beer
    1 cup strong coffee
    2 - 6oz cans tomato paste
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3 1/2 Tbs chili sauce
    1 Tbs cumin
    1 TBs cocoa
    1 Tsp oregano
    1 Tsp cayenne
    1 Tsp coriander
    1 Tsp salt
    4 - 15oz cans kidney beans (Drained)
    4 Chili Peppers (Chopped)


Makes 8 2-cup servings
Heat oil
cook onions, garlic, and meat until brown
add tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato past, and beef broth
add spices, stir in 2 cans of kidney beans and peppers
reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours
add 2 remaining cans of kidney beans and simmer for another 30 minutes

    5 star Ive looked and looked and tried dozens of chili, and i will admit this is the best i have ever tried and no chili powder, lol but this is realy te best chili ive ever tasted,, abe - 4/3/12
