Ingredients

    Pineapple, fresh, 1 1/2 cup, diced
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 1/4 cup, chopped
    Applesauce, sweetened, 3/4 cup
    Mayonaisse, 1/4 cup
    Blue Agave Sweetener, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Dry Mustard, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Chop vegetables and pineapple. Combine applesauce, salt, mustard, ginger, mayonaisse, and agave sweetener in a large bowl, stirring until fully mixed. Add chopped vegetables and pineapple, and toss until coated in dressing.

Chill for 30 minutes prior to eating. Makes 15 1/3-cup servings.
