Introduction

These are roasted potatoes with a kick. They're delicious! These are roasted potatoes with a kick. They're delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes, fries or thick chips
    6 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
    2 T chili flavored grapeseed oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

If you don't have chili oil, use olive oil and 1/2 -1 t chili powder.
