Ingredients

    smoked salmon slices 50g packet, cream cheese 1/2 a block, eggs 6, flour 1/2c, milk 1/4c, spinach some veges salt and pepper turmeric or paprika Plus 2x puff pastry sheets

Directions

cook pastry blind til nearly browned, mix all other ingredients in one bowl and then pour on top of pastry - cook 20ish minutes. until set

makes 4 servings

    Sorry I didn't know the quantities didnt show in the recipe (after all I did put them in for the calculation bit)... have edited the recipe so it now shows them - enjoy
