Ingredients

    -1 - 15.25 oz can of corn
    -1 cup of black beans
    -1 large tomato, chopped up make sure it is small chunks
    -1/2 of a red onion; make sure you pay close attention to how strong your onion is, mine was VERY strong so I used a little less and it turned out perfect
    -2 tbsp of fresh cilantro, minced
    -Juice of 1 lime
    -salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toss it all together! It is better if you allow it to sit over night!
