Introduction

This is an all-time holiday favorite!! Leftovers are awesome too! Im not sure of the exact measurements but imma give it a try. It all depends on how many ur making for and im used to making large quantities. This is an all-time holiday favorite!! Leftovers are awesome too! Ingredients

about a cup of butter...maybe more..enough to wet the cornflakes

Cornflakes-at least one large box, or u can get the pre-crumbled boxes of cornflakes.

1 (one) bunch of green onions (chopped)

Sour cream, about two of the big containers

cream of chicken soup ( about two small cans)

Boiled potatoes ( at least 8)

    Shredded cheese

Directions

First boil potatoes till soft, but not mushy. U can keep the skin or remove.

Crush cornflakes, or use precrushed

melt butter in microwave dish

Mix cornflakes and butter till cornflakes are all wet.
~~USE SEPARATE BOWLS~~~

Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and green onions until well blended.

In bottom of casserole dish (I use the disposable ones), slice the potatoes till u have a layer of potatoes on the bottom of pan, doesnt have to be perfect, slices should be about 1/2 inch thick, but not precise.

Cover layer of potatoes with layer of corn flake mixture.

next layer is the sour cream mixture

add cheese

repeat layers till the top one is cheese or for the top layer u can put the corn flakes on top of the cheese.

Bake for approx an hr.

I will be cooking this for thanksgiving this year as always, and I will try to give better measurements!

Maybe not the healthiest,(eat in moderation, if u can!) but for a holiday, its grrrrrrreat!!
