    Beef, eye of round roast, 3.5 pound
    Sweet potato, 3 large sliced
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup )
    Green Peppers .5 Med
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup
    Old El Paso Green Chili Enchilada Sauce, 4.5 cup
    Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 packet
    Pictsweet's Seasoned Summer Vegetables Cracked Pepper, 5 serving 1 package
    Sweet, Red Bell Peppers, fresh, .5 medium
    Yellow Bell Peppers .5 pepper, med
    Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp
    Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp


Add Roast and onion peppers mushrooms and 6 cups of water to Crockpot cook 2 hours then add the remaining chooped vegetables and other ingredients and cook about 2 hours or until Sweet Potatoes are tender and not over cooked.

Makes one hearty meal!
