Introduction

As made on the label.. DH's favorite. Only substitution is Splenda instead of sugar & margarine instead of butter. Makes 7 Servings. The pie plate makes 5, and an extra 2 servings in a small, separate pie dish. A single 9" deep dish would have worked, if I had one!

Ingredients

    Same as on the Libby's can - just add a crust:

    Basic Crust: (Included in nutrients)

    1 1/4 C Flour
    1/2 C Canola Harvest Margarine
    3 TBSP ice water
    1/4 Tsp salt

    Cut margarine into flour & salt mixture until mealy. Drizzle 1 tbsp of ice water at a time, folding with fork to moisten. Form pieces into a ball & roll between two pieces of plastic wrap.

Directions

Bake per instructions on Pumpkin can.

375F for the first 15 mins.

350F for the remaining 40-50 or until a knife comes out clean.
