Introduction

Sooo easy to make--Delicious and nutritious! The only fat comes from the pie crust--you could even bake without the crust, and lower the calories significantly. Ingredients

    * Pumpkin, canned, 1 14 oz. can
    * Sweetened condensed Milk (nonfat), 1 14 oz. can
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Cornstarch, 1 T.
    * Allspice, 2 tsp.
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp.
    * Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"

Directions

Stir all ingredients, except crust of course, until smooth and creamy, pour into the pie crust/pie plate.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 50-60 min. or until center is set/clean with a toothpick.

Cool, serve with fat-free whipped topping.
