Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin, 500 grams
Garlic, 1.5 tsp
Onions, raw, 100 grams
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Beef bouillon, .5 cube (6 fl oz prepared)
Curry powder, .75 tsp
*Coconut Milk, .5 cup
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Lemons, .5 fruit without seeds
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cups or can be served with couscous or white rice
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Roughly dice the pork tenderloin and put the cc of olive oil in a pan. Heat and add the pieces of pork until brown.
Add 1/2 of beef bouillon and dilute it in 6 fl oz water,
the ginger, curry powder and the coconut milk, 1teaspoon of salt, a dash of pepper, cover and simmer for 55mn
Cook the brown rice.
10mn before it's ready, slice the banana and add the juice of half a lemon to keep it from getting brown.
Add to the pork.
Enjoy
