Ingredients

    1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
    1 1-oz. pkg. Jell-O Brand Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding
    1 12-oz. can Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk
    1 15-oz. can Libby's Pumpkin Puree
    4-oz. Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
    4-oz. Cool Whip Free (from 8-oz. container)
    pumpkin pie spices to taste

Directions

Combine pudding mix and evaporated milk. Put in fridge. Mix cream cheese and pumpkin until well blended. Add pudding and mix well. Add pumpkin pie spices to taste. Gently fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip Free and place in pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Cut into 8 equal servings. Enjoy!
