Broccoli au Gratin Broccoli au Gratin

Ingredients

    2 lbs Broccoli (steam bag)
    4 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 C Fat Free Milk
    1/2 C Fat Free Sour Cream
    1.5 C Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend
    20 Vegetable Cracker Minis (Private Selection The Entertainer)
    3 Tablespoons Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook Broccoli as instructed (I use steam bag broccoli).

Microwave cream cheese and milk for 1 minute or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Stir in sour cream, pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and microwave for 2 minutes.

Mix cracker crumbs and parmesan; sprinkle over vegetables.
