Ingredients

3/4 cup Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw (or other sugar substitute with 1-1 subsitution ratio)
1 1/2 cup Silk (unsweetened, Organic)
1 tsp organic, unsweetened vanilla extract
Powdered cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended, using a wire whisk.
Pour into 4, one-cup ramekins. Place the ramekins into a larger baking pan. Add 1 inch hot water to the baking pan. Bake custards for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted off-center, comes out clean.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve warm or chilled.
Makes 4 half-cup servings.
