Ingredients

1/2 cup Western or Catalina dressing
Grated peel and juice from one orange
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp ground ginger
    24 oz of sirloin steak

Directions

Mix dressing, orange peel, orange juice, onions, black pepper, and ginger in a large dish until well blended. Remove 1/4 cup and set aside. Add steak to dish and evenly coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Cook steak how you prefer. I like to grill the steaks, basting once with reserved marinade while cooking, and once while resting. When steaks are done, rest them for 10 minutes, then divide into 6 4oz portions.

I like to buy 8 oz steaks, and then simply cut them in half to serve.
