Ingredients

    1/2 C italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 C grated romano cheese
    2 cloves garlic peeled & minced
    2 T fresh chopped parsley
    1 T chopped fresh mint leaves
    salt & pepper
    1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
    28 large white mushrooms, stemmed

    stir bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, mint, salt, pepper and olive oil in bowl to blend.

    drizzle baking sheet with 1 T olive oil to coat. spoon filling into mushroom caps and arrange on baking sheet. drizzle remaining olive oil over filling in each mushroom. bake until mushrooms are tender, about 25 mins at 450. serve.
