Ingredients

    Cut chicken breast into 1" cubes and marinade for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours. You will not end up consuming all the marinade in the finished product, so the calories and sodium will be much lower.

    Pinapple chunks - either canned with no sugar, or fresh

    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium

    Sesame Ginger 30 minute marinade (Kroger Brand)

Directions

Once chicken breasts are cut into 1" squares and marinated, place chicken, pineapple and mushrooms on skewer, alternating between chicken, pineapple and mushroom. It also helps if you soak your skewers in water while you are waiting for your grill to heat and your chicken to marinade. Grill for aprox 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
