Introduction

Ingredients

    Soup:
    Turkey carcuse and turkey meat equaling 12 oz
    3 stalks celery sliced
    1 onion chopped
    2 carrots sliced thin
    2 containers chicken broth
    2 cups water

    Dumplings:
    2 cups white flour
    1 large egg
    1/2 C water

Directions

Boil turkey carcuse in chicken broth plus 2 cups water for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. take carcuse out, cook and pick meat from bones. Add enough left over turkey to equal 12 ounces.

Meanwhile chop carrots, celery and onion and add to soup broth. Add turkey back into broth.

Make dumplings by combining 2 cups flour, 1 egg and about 1/2 cup water. Batter will be dry and should not stick to bowl but should absorb all flour. Using a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon drop spoonfuls of flour mix into soup and cook for 10 more minutes.
