Ingredients

    1 cup frozen baby peas
    1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
    1 clove garlic smashed
    3 cups packed baby spinach
    1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1 lb dried gnocchi
    1/4 grated parmesean

Directions

Simmer peas, cream, pepper flakes, garlic and dash salt in heavy skillet until peas are tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and juice.

Meanwhile be cooking gnocchi.

Add gnocchi to sauce with cheese and some reserved cooking water. Stir to coat.
