1½ cups Quick oats
1 cup Apple preserves (animal-free, of course)
8 TBL Organic silken tofu
4 TBL Agave nectar
½ tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Bring water to a boil then stir in oats.
2. Simmer for roughly 5 minutes or until cooked.
3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients then serve with a slice of rye toast.
