Green/Purple Smoothie for the whole family! Green/Purple Smoothie for the whole family!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of Baby Spinach leaves
    2 bananas
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 cup coconut, silk, organic milk of your choice
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp raw granulated sugar
    1 cored, cut up honey crisp apple (any apple will do)
    2 tbsp ground flax seeds
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup ice, more or less to your liking
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Add spinach first, then milk, then add all the other ingredients on top.
Makes 4, full 1.2 cup servings.
