Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
    1 large onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 large cans (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    2 cans (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    3 cans (15 oz. Vegall Mixed Vegetables
    1 can (12 oz) Green Giant Mexicorn
    1 can (15 oz.) No salt added green beans
    1 can (15 oz.) canned black eyed peas
    1 cup matchstick carrots

Directions

Brown 1/2 lbs. of beef stew meat with one large onion and one green bell pepper. After meat is browned, add in all canned tomatoes, beans and vegetables. Add matchstick carrots and cook until carrots are slightly tender.
