A new twist on an old favorite!! A new twist on an old favorite!!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Peter Pan Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1.25 cup, mashed
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix applesauce and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time mixing well between. Add mashed bananas(about 3 medium). Add PB. Mix well. Measure dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Mix together. Add slowly to wet mixture. Pour into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 1-1/2 loaves. I used a mini loaf pan for the half.
