Ingredients

2 Cans of La Preferida Spanish Rice
2 Cans of Hormel Less Sodium Chili with Beans
1 Package of Mozzarella shredded Cheese (2 cups)
1 Pound of Ground Beef
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet. Make sure to break it up into small chunks (a little like you would for Tacos)
2. In a medium casserole dish, mix the cooked ground beef, 2 cans of Spanish Rice, and 2 cans of Chili.
3. Make sure to mix them up well.
4. Take the bag of shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it on top, making sure to have a layer over the entire dish.
5. Place in oven, cook for about 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted completely and the ends are starting to brown.
