Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. 92% lean ground beef
    1 c. hot water (boiled first then measured)
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 c. cheese
    2 Tbl. light sour cream

    'Sauce Packet'
    1 Tbl. cornstarch
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain.
2. Add hot water, milk, pasta & 'sauce packet' ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat & simmer 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
4. In the last few minutes, add cheese, stir & recover.
5. When pasta is tender and cheese melted, remove from heat.
6. Let stand about 5 minutes, sauce will thicken, add sour cream.
7. Top with additional cheese if desired.
