Ingredients

    Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER Puffed Rice, 2 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    Honey, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Almond Butter, .5 cup (remove)
    whey gourmet nat. vanilla whey protein, 8 serving (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .33 cup (remove)

Directions

Melt nut butter and honey and a couple drops of water. Add protein powder and mix- add a couple more drops of water *one drop @ a time* until it "just" becomes mixable. Add in remaining ingredients. Divide in 12 portions, roll into balls or logs. Alternatively, you can save the coconut and roll them in that. Refridgerate in a container for up to 1 week.
