I got this from ifood.com. I sub-ed the sugar in the original for Stevia. I like it better. :) That is the only thing I changed, everything else can be found exactly as it was on the site.Cooking time is a guess, as I have not tried this yet myself. Ingredients

3/4 cup chicken bouillon or broth
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster flavoured sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese rice wine or pale dry sherry
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil blended with soybean oil
1 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in
2 Tbsp cold water
Directions
Note: Flavour your wok oil by frying 4 slices peeled fresh ginger root about 1 inch in diameter and 1 /8 inch thick and 1 clove of chopped garlic in it before you start frying anything; this adds to the flavour of the gravy.
Combine all ingredients and stir well.
When your stir fry is cooked, pour the well mixed gravy over the fried ingredients still over a medium to high temperature and stir the gravy until it thickens and clears.
