Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 C whole wheat pastry or all-purpose flour
2 C rolled oats
3/4 C unpacked light brown sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 C Sugar-Free Apricot preserves
1/4 C water
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup unpacked raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
In large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add preserves, water and vanilla and mix well. Fold in raisins.
Drop onto greased baking sheets by the teaspoonful and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
