Ingredients

    1/2 jicama
    small red onion
    Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
    1 lime (juice)
    1 tbsp cilantro
    chili powder (to taste)
    red wine vinegar (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let set in fridge for 2 hours. Remove from fridge 15 min. prior to serving.
