Shrimp and chicken mixture with some soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices. Shrimp and chicken mixture with some soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices.
Number of Servings: 7

    4-5 Chicken Breast

1/2 to one FULL bag of medium size shrimp

    1 Green Bell Pepper

    1/2 White Onion

    1/3 cup of unsalted peanuts

    1 tbsp of:

    Sesame Oil
    Oyster Sauce

And low sodium soy sauce, eyeballed to taste.

    Juice of one lemon
    Garlic Powder
    Lemon Pepper
    and DILL

Cut the chicken in small cube pieces and de-shell the shrimp. When the chicken is cooked almost completely through, mix in the shrimp, Oyster sauce, Sesame Oil, and Soy. Cook on medium high heat until chicken is completely cooked, adding the lemon juice. Add the spices and let simmer a few minutes longer. You can eat it as is, or serve it over wheat pasta as I did tonight. :)

The flavor turned out outstanding, and I like it because it is meat heavy. I don't eat enough meat, which I should. It's why I tend to go towards eggs and nuts for my protein source. So this is something that I might be fixing a lot more often. :)
