Introduction

Made from freshly ground whole wheat. Made from freshly ground whole wheat.

Ingredients

    2/3 C Oil
    2/3 C Honey
    6 C Warm Water
    3 T Yeast
    3 T Vital Wheat Gluten
    2 T Salt
    13 C Freshly Ground Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Put all ingredients except for flour into the Bosch mixer and add enough flour for dough to clear the sides of the bowl. Let knead for 8 minutes or until gluten is developed.

Shape into 6 loaves and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
