    1 tsp olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 can chickpeas
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 tbsp curry powder

Directions

saute onions and peppers in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes and chickpeas. Stir in curry powder. Heat through. Serve
