Introduction

This is a great way to start the day with something that looks sinful but is quite healthy. (You can trade the plain bagel for a whole wheat one and it becomes even healthier.) Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 plain Bagel
    1 egg white
    1 slice of turkey bacon
    1 slice of fat-free krafts american cheese
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

1. In skillet on medium heat. Heat the oil in the pan.

2. While the pan is heating, crack the egg and separate the yolk and the white. Put the white in the pan and cook it until it is until it is done on both sides.

3. In the same pan, while the egg is cooking, take one slice of turkey bacon and put in beside the egg. Cook until it is done.

4. While the bacon and egg are cooking, place the bagel in the toaster if preferred and toast to your liking. When done, put the on the egg, then the bacon, and top with a slice of cheese.

5. Enjoy!!! Makes 1 serving.
