Introduction

Super Easy to make and a family favorite. This is a big batch so I can freeze extra for lunches. Super Easy to make and a family favorite. This is a big batch so I can freeze extra for lunches.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 - 1.3# packages of Shady Brook farms 85/15 ground turkey
    2- cans of white kidney beans
    2 - cans of black beans
    1 - can of dark red kidney beans
    2 - cans of sweet corn
    2- 5.5 oz cans of tomato juice
    2 - cans of diced tomatoes - no seasoning
    2 - pouches of taco seasoning

Directions

Brown the turkey and drain. (YOU can use a leaner ground turkey if you like). Dump entire contents of all cans/pouches into crockpot. Stir well, cover and cook.
On low 4-6 hours
On high 2-3 hours
You could also use low sodium beans and juice to decrease the sodium content.

My recipe will make about 20 (1) cup servings. I would have added more beans to this recipe but my crockpot was at full capicity.
