    1 lb. Lean Ground beef
    1 lb. bag Elbo Macaroni
    1 bell pepper (I like 1/2 yellow & 1/2 red), chopped
    1 med. Onion, chopped
    3 Celery stalks, chopped
    2 lg. Cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans tomatoe sauce
    1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1 tbsp. basil
    1 tbsp oregeno
    salt & pepper to taste


Brown Ground beef with seasonings. Boil the macaroni until tender, drain. While those are cooking chop vegetables. Drain excess fat from beef. Add macaroni, beef, tomatoes, peppers, onion, celery, tomato sauce, additional seasonings if desired into large pan. Simmer approx. 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Makes approx 16 one cup servings
