Introduction

This is a tasty low carb, low fat, low sugar alternative to peanut butter cookies. This is a tasty low carb, low fat, low sugar alternative to peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients

    1 cup of Skippy Natural peanut Butter
    1 Cup of Sucrolose/Slpenda
    1 lrg egg
    1/4 c chia seed gel

    (Make chia gel by mixing 1 tblspn. chia seed to 9 tblspns water)

    Mixall ingredients, use a teaspoon to drop on baking parchment paper, no greasing the pan! Mix will be a little stickier that regular peanut butter cookies so I didn't do the criss cross on them. But they came out very good.

    FYI: The longer you cook them the drier thy will be.

    Bake from 8 to 10 minutes
