Ingredients

Ingredients:
brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
Scrambled Egg, 2 large
Spinach, cooked, 1.5 cup
Shredded Carrot, 1 cup
Agave Nectar 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce, 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 6 cloves
Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Saute each vegetable ingredient separately.
Carrot+Soy Sauce+Agave Nectar+Sesame Oil
Spinach+Garlic+Sesame Oil+Salt and Pepper
Brown the beef and drain off any fat add the onions, agave nectar, green onions and the garlic. Cook till flavors are well blended.
Place rice in a deep serving bowl.
Arrange ingredients on top.
Pour on the Gochujang and Sesame oil and seeds.
Top with Egg.
To serve, mix all ingredients and enjoy. Try it with a couple different kinds of kimchi and some broth and tofu soup.
