    4 cups organic rolled oats
2 cups organic golden 86 hard white wheat (ground makes 3-31/2 cups flour depending how packed), or use 3 cups organic flour
    3 organic eggs
1 cup organic cold pressed coconut oil
1.5 cups honey - raw or
(honey that's just starting to turn sugary works best)
    1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 cups raisins
    1 teaspoon almond extract

Beat together flavoring, eggs, honey and warmed coconut oil. (Coconut oil turns liquid at about 85 -90 degrees). In a large mixing bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, cinnamon and raisins. When dry ingredients are well mixed, add wet ingredients all at once. Mix all ingredients together well. Use 1/8 cup measure to drop cookies unto ungreased stainless steel baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes 60 small or 30 large cookies. Use 1/4 cup measure to make large cookies.
