Introduction

Any nuts or any choclate chips can be used: macadamia, hazelnuts etc as can baking chocolate or butterscotch chips oe even broken chocolate bars...good! Ingredients

    PC bar of DARK CHOCOLATE WITH ALMONDS, 160 grams = 5 rows of the bar chopped coarsley
    Almonds, 20 almonds chopped coarsely
    Butter 100 grams
    Sugar 100 grams
    Splenda 1 cup
    Flour, white, 1.2 cup
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Milk, 1%, 2 fl oz

Directions

Whip butter and sugar and splenda until light and creamy
Add 1/2 flour and baking powder mix, whip together
Add milk and whip again
Add remainder of flour and whip one last time
...mixture will be crumbly but soft.
Fold in Almonds and chocolate chunks
Press mixture into square or loaf pan (height of dough should be about 1 inch)
Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes:tester should come out clean, top should be just starting to golden.
Makes approx 26-30 one inch squares
