Ingredients

    Dough:
    1 c milk
    1 egg, beaten
    4 tbsp melted butter
    4 tbsp warm water
1/2 (3.5 oz.) pkg vanilla instant pudding
    4 c bread flour
    1 tbsp white sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp active dry yeast

    Filling:
    1/4 c butter, melted
    1/3 c brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c white sugar
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon

    Frosting:
    1 1/2 tbsp milk
    1 c confectioners sugar
    3/4 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    Water to thin (if needed)

Directions

Set bread machine for DOUGH cycle; place ingredients for dough in the order recommended by manufacturer. Allow your machine to complete the dough cycle. In the meantime, prepare your filling mix and set aside.

When finished, remove the dough onto a floured surface and knead slightly. Divide dough in half and roll each half into a large rectangle. Brush with butter from the 'filling' ingredients.

Sprinkle each rectangle with 1/2 your prepared filling mixture. If desired, add plumped raisins (not included in calorie count) and even sprinkle them over the prepared filling mixture.

Roll each rectangle of dough into log starting at the long side. Cut into 12 slices so you have a total of 24. Place on greased or nonstick pan and cover with a towel; let rise until almost doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes.

Preheat an oven to 375; combine frosting ingredients in a bowl. Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden, 20 to 25 minutes; remove and allow to cool 10 minutes. Spread frosting over baked rolls.

Makes 24 rolls.
