Introduction

Probably the easiest and tastiest breakfast (or lunch or dinner). If you are low on potassium, this is the solution. Simple to make - probably too high is sodium but you can adjust that for yourselves. Probably the easiest and tastiest breakfast (or lunch or dinner). Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Medium Potatoes
    4 Large egges
    1/4 cut Whole Milk
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    4 tbsp butter

Directions

Melt butter in large fry pan.
Wash and cut potatoes (skin on) into bite size slices.
Add Garlic Salt
Fry until browned and ready to eat.

Wisk eggs and milk in small bowl.
Pour over potatoes and mix throughly until eggs are done
Remove from heat and serve.
