    2 smallish frozen chicken breasts (the ones I used weighed 13 oz raw and frozen)
    1/4 c Olive Oil
    1 - 16 oz bag WestPac Quick'n Easy Combos Noodle Stir Fry
    (or another 16 oz bag of frozen stir fry veggies)
    1/2 c Iron Chef Orange Sauce (or roughly 240 calories of your favorite asian sauce-in-a-bottle - I actually prefer a different sauce, this is what I had on hand)
    2 c cooked Rice
    Soy sauce to taste


Pour oil in large frying pan. Cook chicken in oil, on medium heat, until cooked on the outside. Remove from pan, cut into bite-size pieces, and return to pan until done. Add stir-fry veggies. Cook until hot. Remove from heat and add sauce. Mix with rice. Makes 4 servings (roughly 1-2 cups of food).
