Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded (remove)
    *Green Leaf Lettuce, 3 cup (remove)
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup shredded (remove)
    *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
    *Green Onions, 0.013 cup (remove)
    *Almonds, Diamond sliced, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    *White Vinegar (Calorie King) all types, .25 cup (remove)
    *Hot sauce - Tony Roma's Chipotle Hot Sauce, .5 tsp
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 Tbsp parsley

Directions

Toast almonds in 400 degree oven for 5 mins, tossing in between.
Combine greens, onions, almonds, cheese, and cranberries and toss.
Combine the remaining ingredients seperately.
Toss salad with dressing immediately before sereving.
Makes 8 (1cup servings)
