Introduction

A great way to start the morning, this scramble is filling and delicious. Add any fresh veggie you have on hand to make it extra yummy! Serve with a piece of whole wheat toast. Mmm! Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 egg white
    2 T light cream cheese, cut into small pieces
    2 oz canned salmon
    1 sprig fresh dill

Directions

Beat the egg and egg white together. Add to a hot skillet sprayed with Pam and scramble. Add salmon and chopped dill. When eggs are cooked, add chopped pieces of cream cheese.
This recipe is also delicious when you add 1/4 cup of whatever veggies you have on hand: spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.
