Ingredients

    2 cups homemade cream yogurt
    10 grams frozen blueberries (about 4)
    20 grams frozen strawberries (few slices)
    1 tsp raspberry extract
    Sweetner

Directions

Microwave frozen fruit for a few seconds, and mash well.
Add yogurt and mix well
Add raspberry extract and sweeten to taste.
Makes 8 servings, about 2 carbs each, although it's probably lower since the lactose is fermented. And the bacteria make extra vitamins. Enjoy!
