Introduction

This muffin recipe has been around for ages. My mother-in-law gave it to me in the 1970's. Can make batter and leave in the refrigerator for a week or so. This muffin recipe has been around for ages. Ingredients

    1 cup Kellogg's Bran Buds
    2 lg eggs
    1/2 cup dry skim milk
    4 pkgs. Splenda (you can leave this out)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allpice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients together, add applesauce, vanilla and beaten eggs. Mix well
Spray muffin tins with Pam
Bake 20 min.
