Ingredients

    1 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp dark sesame oil
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Microwave rice until hot. Meanwhile, heat dark sesame oil in small frying pan over medium heat until it shimmers. Crack in both eggs and fry until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Put eggs on rice, drizzling with remaining sesame oil, and season with chili sauce and soy sauce.
