    Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 2 cup (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large (remove)
    Whole-Wheat Crackers, 40 cracker (remove)

Directions

Boil eggs, cool and chop, chop all ingredients, serve on whole wheat Ritz crackers.

1 serving = 1 cup crab salad, with plus 10 crackers.
