Ingredients

1 beef sirloin cut in strips
1 red pepper
1 onion
1/4 pound broccoli florets
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 carrots cut in matchstick pieces
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1 packet of Sunbird seasoning packet
Directions
1.) Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Then set aside.
2.) In large skillet or wok heat the olive oil. Then add the meat and stir fry until browned.
3.) Add the vegetables to the stir fry and cook for 3-5 minutes (or until vegetables are soften)
4.) Add seasoning mixture and stir fry for 1-3 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with white rice.
