Introduction

Ingredients

    8 eggs, beaten - 1/2 c all purpose flour, 1 teas baking powder, 1 16oz carton small curd cottage cheese, 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 4oz cans chopped green chiles, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 teas garlic powder, 1/2 teas chili powder.

Directions

Combine eggs, flour, and baking powder, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. Yield: 10 - 12 servings.
