Ingredients

    Onion - 1 large
    Tomato - 1 large
    Green chilli - 1 medium
    Ginger - 1/2 the size of thumb
    Mint - 1 bunch
    Coriander - 1 bunch
    Curry leaves - 1 handful
    Tamarind - 1 small ball (size of the thumb)
    Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp

Directions

Clean and chop mint, coriander and curry leaves. Heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil on a pan and add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds. once the mixture sizzles, add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 5 minutes. Once the mixture is cooled down, grind it in a food processor until smooth. Add water to make a chutney of medium consistency. Serve fresh to South Indian dishes like Idly and Dosai. Add salt to taste
